SICKO

SICKO
Sicko is a documentary directed by Michael Moore. This movie shows the American health care as a very high profitable organization comparing to free universal health care in Canada, England, or France.
This was the most depressing documentary I have ever seen. This movie, literally made me think if I really want to live in this country. America is a country where government doesn’t care for their citizens at all. Were people are being extremely sick even dye because they can’t afford to go to a doctor. Not because they were terminally ill or a doctor couldn’t do anything about their sickness, they suffer or dye simply because nobody wants to help poor people.
The movie opened my eyes on how horrible and heartless American policy making is. The only thing that matter in this country is money. The second place is money, then more money and power, and then somewhere in the bottom American government has other moral values (Or not).
The healthcare system in this country will take away every joy of your life until you are old and still working hard in order to stay alive. I wonder if something can be done about that. I don’t understand how European countries, even Canada have such a different system. Why England or France can give to their people best healthcare ever and still stay rich and powerful country. I truly hope that millions and millions of Americans will watch this movie. I was even thinking to make thousands of copies and give it away on the streets. This movie could be a wake up call for this nation, for proud Americans that put a flag in front of their homes and wake up every day thinking how great this country is.

I loved this film. Though it greatly saddened me.
